Eric C. Zabicki has practiced law since his admission to the New York bar in 2002. Mr. Zabicki is an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, commercial transactions, contracts and general legal matters. Mr. Zabicki began his career by simultaneously working as law clerk to Douglas J. Pick and attending the St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Senior Board of the Moot Court Honor Society. Upon his graduation from St. John's in 2001 with an exemplary academic record, Mr. Zabicki joined Mr. Pick as an associate until 2008, when he and Mr. Pick formed Pick & Zabicki LLP.
Mr. Zabicki's skills, knowledge, experience and personability play an indispensable part in each representation undertaken by Pick & Zabicki LLP. Mr. Zabicki is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
